The Great Pumpkin Hunt is THIS FRIDAY, October 30, 2009 at 6:30 PM. Win over 50 pounds of candy!!!
Fall Forward is November 6-7, only 2 weeks away! Get signed up ASAP! Cost is only $30 and includes a sweet t-shirt. If money is an issue, talk with Josh and let him know! DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS THIS SUNDAY!
Thanksgiving Week 2009:
1. Church wide communion service on Sunday, Nov. 22. Soup dinner at 5PM (not 6PM) followed by communion. We’d love to see a great Salt Co. turnout!
2. We’ll be having a student concert of prayer one night that week, too. We’ll let you know the exact date soon.
3. No Thanksgiving is complete without mentioning the 7th annual TURKEY BOWL! We play touch football every thanksgiving morning from 8-10 AM at the Steeleyard Family Stadium. It’s for everyone ages 5 to 105, so invite your friends, family, and grandparents (old people are much easier to tag…). Come work up a big appetite that morning for the giant dinner that afternoon!
Aaron is leaving Thursday for Guatemala next on a medical missions trip. Be praying for him!

Props to those of you who helped with the Fish Fry last week. We heard a lot of feedback about how many of you helped and how much you helped. You impressed a lot of people, so way to go. Keep serving Jesus by serving others.

Salt Co. this Sunday at 9:00 AM. We’re in a study on the life of David. Coffee bar opens at 8:30 AM and the band plays at 9:00 AM. See ya there!
The 7th Annual Great Pumpkin Hunt is Friday, October 30, 2009. Be sure to join us for the Pumpkin Hunt! It’s a race all around the Wawasee community and you can win over 50 pounds of candy! It starts at 6:30 PM on the 30th.
Fall Forward is November 6-7. Cost is only $30 and includes a sweet t-shirt. We want everyone involved with House Groups to join us. Download a brochure and get signed up. The deadline to sign up is Sunday, November 1.

Salt Co. Relaunch is this Sunday, October 4. Coffee Bar opens at 8:30 AM, Salt Co. at 9:00 AM.
October 7 is House Groups NITE OUT! No regular House Groups on the 7th. Talk to your cell leader for more info.
SERVE: Workers are needed for the church Fish Fry on Saturday, October 17. Talk to Josh if you can help.
Great Pumpkin Hunt is Friday, October 30. Mark it down! Win over 50 lbs. of candy!
Fall Forward 2009 is November 6-7. It’s our overnight retreat. Get a brochure Sunday.

House Group BBQ Bonfire is Wednesday, May 20 at the church. We’ll have a ton of food, a fire, and a big cornhole tourney. Join us as we wrap up another year of House Groups.
The Steffen House Group will be going to help at J-BOX next Wednesday and reach out to the middle schoolers.
Silverhawks Game on May 26. Cost is $5. [UPDATE: We're not going to the Silverhawks game due to lack of interest.]
Ride your bike with us in the Milford Memorial Day Parade and get a free t-shirt! Meet at Dollar General at 9:00 AM. We’ll have a BBQ afterwards at the Steeles’.
